Abstract

CV. Wahana Informasi Teknologi hereinafter called WIT is a company engaged in the field of Information Technology that serves IT consultant and development of desktop and website based applications. Currently the company has a problem in handling a client projects such as the progress which sometimes could not be answered directly by the staff. Besides, often occurs misunderstanding between the client and staff during the development due to limited information. Therefore, WIT will build an information system of customer service and project management using support ticket that become a bridge or intermediary between the company and the client. The objective of this study is good communication with clients to improve the quality of service to create customer confidence.
