Abstract
Ada banyak framework yang digunakan dalam membangun Enterprise Architecture, diantaranya adalah Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF). Framewok ini memerlukan delapan komponen untuk pengembangannya, yaitu : Architecture Drivers, Strategic Direction, Current Architecture, Target Architecture, Transitional Processes, Architectural Segments, Architectural Models, dan Standards. Tiap komponen ini kemudian diuraikan kedalam empat level FEAF. Tiga level pertama, mengilustrasikan kemajuan (progress) dari detail delapan komponen yang terus meningkat yang mendorong ke struktur logikal untuk mengklasifikasikan dan mengorganisasikan gambaran deskriftif dari Federal enterprise pada level IV. Pada level IV digunakan matriks yang berukuran 3x5 untuk memodelkan enterprise architecture.
