Abstract
An accounting information system collects and reports data related to an organization’s business processes. An accounting information system collects data associated with economic and business events with these processes. The research has been held in Apotek PKPN that located on Jl. Ciledug No.79, Garut. The main purposes of this research are to known weakness of the system and problems which can affect the pharmacy, to known accounting information system application on sales cycle. This data source has been separated by: primary data is a data that has been get directly; secondary data, a data that get by mediator. The researcher use observation method which means a process of subject, object, and systematic thing without a question from population habit quotation. Analysis of the system means for to look how the document moves good or not. Adding department and recorded sales report by inventory department makes systems more effective and efficient.
