Abstract
The aims of the research are to detect auditors in KAP office who have sufficient experiences and to understand significant effect the auditor experience have on the audit judgment quality. The object of the research is The effect of the Auditor Experience on the Audit Judgement Quality. The sample in the rescarch was used by “non probability sampling” approach in simple random sampling method and 52 resppondent under investigation by way of distribution of questionnaire. Analytical medium used in this research is Simple Analysis regression. Rosults are percentage of significant effect the auditor experience has on the audit judgement quality (66,5%). The results Ho ware rejected. The conclusion of the research is Auditor Experience have significant effect on the audit judgement quality.
