Abstract
In this development world, a company is expected to get new faster information which is more reliable. A new system is needed to make a company able to run better. Information system of a company is one of important part to get, to process and to use the information for its intern need. PT. X is a company which has bad accounting system in control of inventory. There are two company problems. The first is that it has lack of employees. The second is that it has lack of documents. This research applied descriptive analysis method. The result shows that PT. X has two steps to solve the problems. The first is to recruit more employees for accounting and warehouse. The second is uses more documents in PT. X.
