Abstract
The globalization and the information era cause business environment a rapid changes with a very tight level of competition. Therefore it is highly required for the companies to run their operational activites effectively and efficiently to mantain their existences, indeed the knowledge become the important strength to help the manager in order to be the decision maker. The quality information is the informations which are accurate, relevant, and presented on time. So the right business decision could be made and suit to the information system that applied in each companies. Thus, the information system management is a very important thing to do. Through the establishment of this final thesis, the author try to analyzed the bottom line of the issue that consist in the inventory accounting information system to enhance the effectiveness of the spare parts control inventory at CV. X. The goal of this research is to analyzed the inventory accounting information system to enhance the effectiveness of company spare parts inventory control which actively running and make a new system layout in order to help giving the information about the better inventory accounting information system to improve the service and the spare parts seller for the motorcycle. In the establishment of this thesis, the author uses the descriptive analysis methods as the types of research which are the methods to describe and explain the particular phenomenon. The purpose of this descriptive study is to give the author a brief history or to describe the relevan aspects with the phenomenon of attention from the perspective of a person, organization, industry orientation, etc. Based on the research and the study that author has been done, it could be concluded that the application of the inventory accounting information system in CV. X inadequate cause there still having inventory lost. It requires ammount of duplicate documentation form and authorization to prevent fraud of the income and expenditure items in the company inventory system to support the effectiveness control of the company stock.
