Abstract
In this era, all industry is become very competitive between all companies. So, they should capitalize on ability, capability, and motivation of their employee to optimize their performance and become excellent team work, and in the other hand, it will be increase their prosperity by receiving their compensate incentive. In this research, we will see that (1) Is compensate incentive will stimulate employee performance? (2) Is compensate incentive working effectively? (3) How big impacts that compensate incentive will motivate performance employee? These research using analyzed descriptive method, which has objective to describe all occurrences in the company. The data are collected by spreading the questioners, and analyzed using classic, validity, reliability test, and also by double regression. The results of this research in this company are that compensate incentive and motivation does not stimulate employee performance, and does not working effectively, and in the other hand does not impact for the company.
