Abstract

In Bursa Efek Indonesia, have a lot of information and it can get by investor. One of the information is stocksplit. The stock liquidity is a calculation investor except return and risk to do the investment. The research for company with registered stock in Bursa Efek Indonesia.The purpose of this research is to learn market reaction about stocksplit fact in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Purposive sampling are used in the research.. The statistic test are used in the research is t test (Paired Sample T Test).The results show that have significant different stock price and trading volume activity between before and after stocksplit in company .This results show also to proved Trading Range Theory to explain that stocksplit will increase trading stock liquidity.
