Abstract

Various weaknesses of traditional management systems to encourage management to use a strategic management system, namely the balanced scorecard. Balanced scorecard is a score card that is used to assess the performance by translating the mission, vision, purpose, basic beliefs, core values, and strategies into the objectives strategic and initiatives strategic. Balanced scorecard has four advantages, namely a comprehensive, coherent, scalable, and balanced. In this paper, the authors analyze the CV. Artha Baja Ringan by developing mission, vision and strategy into corporate objectives, namely to grow and survive in business, excel in providing the best service quality, increased sales and construction, as well as an empowered human resources. The purpose of the company and then translated into strategic objectives in the four balanced scorecard perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, as well as learning and growth perspective. Furthermore, company scorecard CV. Artha Baja Ringan is prepared to make strategic map, measure results, measure performance boosters, targets, and initiatives strategic to achieve objectives strategic. Implementation of balanced scorecard is expected to improve the quality of planning and performance of personnel in the CV. Artha Baja Ringan.
