Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation on bank's performance and the effect of TQM implementation on bank's performance when moderated by cultural organization and reward system. This research has been done by surveying commercial banks which are located in Bandung. Respondents of this research are middle managers of the bank. Simple Linear Regression Analysis have been used to analyzed and test the null hypothesis in order to examine the effect of TQM implementation on bank's performance. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is also used to analyzed and test the null hypothesis in order to examine the effect of TQM implementation on bank's performance when moderated by cultural organization and reward system. The result show that TQM implementation has a positive effect on bank's performance. Cultural organization as a moderating variable, has a positive effect on the relation between TQM implementation and bank's performance, and reward systems is a moderating variable, has a positive effect on the relation between TQM implementation and bank's performance.
