Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh salesperson customer orientation pada customer complaint satisfaction dengan customer attitude toward salesperson sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur sebagai analisis penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini adalah salesperson dari perusahaan business to business di Kota Bandung dan pelanggan dari salesperson tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya pengaruh langsung salesperson customer orientation pada customer attitude toward salesperson dan customer complaint satisfaction.
